Epping started strong against a depleted home team and quickly took the game under control, good forward plays and rucking had Epping receiving good ball, Epping were quick to the breakdown and provided the backs with opportunities to run with the ball making gains at each phase, a great break from Harry C saw him score under the posts for Epping's first score which was converted by Arthur Y. Soon after the restart a strong individual run gave Epping a second try by Samson making the score 0-12. The first half was all Epping and although very brave, Eton Manor hardly ventured in the Epping 22. A lack of concentration and a couple of missed tackle allowed Eton Manor to get on the scoreboard 7-24. Epping were again in control of the game with a second try from Lewis making the half time score 7-29.
The second half started much the same as the first with Epping in control and very strong, Harry C added to the score with a great run diving over the try line with his second and Epping's sixth try converted by Arthur Y.
